I have friends who accidentally ended up signing up for their credit protection service without realizing it.<br><br>And I agree with you...the credit score is the biggest factor. The actually free credit report site is especially valuable information. And I agree, credit score may be "a factor" but it is a huge factor, in many cases pretty much dwarfing all other factors.
