		<description>I know your credit score isn&#039;t the end-all be-all of personal finance, but it&#039;s still the single biggest factor in how much interest you&#039;ll pay on big purcashes like houses and cars.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Saving a quarter to half percent on a mortgage could save you more than 5-10 years of frugality.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;d say that having a good credit score should always be one of your top priorities.</description>

		<description>Nice. I&#039;m with you on No. 10 - when has a good credit score NOT helped? It might not help as much as a bad credit score can hurt you, but still - there&#039;s no reason not to work towards good credit.</description>
